Jessica's full-length play Shopgirls debuted at the Darkhorse Theater in Nashville, TN as part of the TPS Reading Festival. She developed the first iteration of the play as part of her 2019 Tennessee Playwrights Studio Fellowship.

Her fellowship was announced in Broadway World and the premiere of Shopgirls was featured by the Nashville Scene.
